01 / APPROACH

An organization can create more value than it is currently able to explain, organize or activate.

AMG enters when value exists, but does not yet have a form capable of operating.

It may live in a founder's experience, an offer that is difficult to name, a portfolio that grew without architecture or a market relationship that still returns activity, but not learning.

We do not start with the deliverable. We start with what that deliverable needs to make visible, understandable and possible.

01

Clarity to decide

Tension becomes a question the organization can actually resolve.

02

Architecture to operate

Brands, offers, messages and experiences find shared rules.

03

Identity to act

Identity stops decorating and becomes a criterion for choosing and executing.

04

Market to learn

Every encounter returns signals, relationships and better decisions.

02 / MARKET REPRESENTATION IN MEXICO

Mexico should return more than activity.

AMG operates representation as a market system: commercial relationships, technical education, retail execution, local communication, evaluation and learning working together.

California Stone Fruit

From a sequence of activities to a system that builds a market.

For more than a decade, AMG has connected California peaches, nectarines and plums with Mexico's commercial reality. Communication supports business conditions; it does not attempt to replace them.

The program integrates buyer and distributor relationships, technical training, store visits, shelf evaluation, culinary experiences, consumer promotion and reporting that improves the next decision.

Communication must serve commercial conditions, not replace them.

03 / STRATEGIC TRANSFORMATION

A visible request can contain a larger transformation.

These cases are not organized by discipline or deliverable. They are organized by the change the organization was able to understand, decide and put to work.

01
Nemik identity and store experience system

Brand strategy · D2C

Nemik

From refreshing an identity to building a direct-learning platform.

The identity and e-commerce request revealed a larger possibility: position a high-performance Mexican brand and learn directly from consumers without putting the group's established channels at risk.

02

Portfolio architecture · Experience

Catherine

Twenty-two brand expressions found one coherent architecture.

An identity update became a system capable of organizing audiences, lines, seasons, styles and categories—then extending into packaging, retail, launch communication and a digital catalog.

03

Retail identity · Commercial operations

San Juan Salchichonerías

The identity left the manual and entered the store.

The system reached façades, interiors, signage, uniforms, screens, price markers, the website and social channels. The brand ceased to be a graphic layer and became a criterion for operations and experience.

Grupo Sesajal · NUBAC

Three brands, one shared promise and more than 200 coordinated executions.

Grateful, Felicat and Shaggy retained their own voices within a shared system of benefits, messages, regulatory discipline, quality standards and version control.

04 / ECONOMY OF DIGNITY

Value must also return to society.

Alfonsina did not have the scale or budget for a conventional program. We chose to accompany her.

Strategy, identity, service architecture and a digital experience helped make visible the care that already existed in her kitchen: daily meals, celebrations, catering and encounters.

Every year we seek a case like this—not as a sentimental exception, but as a concrete way to return part of what our practice has received.

05 / THE PRACTICE BEHIND THE RESULT

Enter reality. Recognize what matters. Return it as action.

AMG connects what is currently separated, distinguishes what deserves to be transformed and gives it a form capable of guiding behavior. We call this practice ARCA.
