Clarity to decide
Tension becomes a question the organization can actually resolve.

01 / APPROACH
AMG enters when value exists, but does not yet have a form capable of operating.
It may live in a founder's experience, an offer that is difficult to name, a portfolio that grew without architecture or a market relationship that still returns activity, but not learning.
We do not start with the deliverable. We start with what that deliverable needs to make visible, understandable and possible.
Tension becomes a question the organization can actually resolve.
Brands, offers, messages and experiences find shared rules.
Identity stops decorating and becomes a criterion for choosing and executing.
Every encounter returns signals, relationships and better decisions.
02 / MARKET REPRESENTATION IN MEXICO
AMG operates representation as a market system: commercial relationships, technical education, retail execution, local communication, evaluation and learning working together.

FLAGSHIP CASE · CALIFORNIACalifornia Stone Fruit
For more than a decade, AMG has connected California peaches, nectarines and plums with Mexico's commercial reality. Communication supports business conditions; it does not attempt to replace them.
The program integrates buyer and distributor relationships, technical training, store visits, shelf evaluation, culinary experiences, consumer promotion and reporting that improves the next decision.
Documented program evidence

Montmorency's technical story connected with industry, wellness, culinary creativity and Mexican occasions such as Día de Muertos.
A question worth bringing to Mexico
03 / STRATEGIC TRANSFORMATION
These cases are not organized by discipline or deliverable. They are organized by the change the organization was able to understand, decide and put to work.

Brand strategy · D2C
The identity and e-commerce request revealed a larger possibility: position a high-performance Mexican brand and learn directly from consumers without putting the group's established channels at risk.
Portfolio architecture · Experience
An identity update became a system capable of organizing audiences, lines, seasons, styles and categories—then extending into packaging, retail, launch communication and a digital catalog.
Retail identity · Commercial operations
The system reached façades, interiors, signage, uniforms, screens, price markers, the website and social channels. The brand ceased to be a graphic layer and became a criterion for operations and experience.

Portfolio · Packaging · Governance
Grateful, Felicat and Shaggy retained their own voices within a shared system of benefits, messages, regulatory discipline, quality standards and version control.

04 / ECONOMY OF DIGNITY
Alfonsina did not have the scale or budget for a conventional program. We chose to accompany her.
Strategy, identity, service architecture and a digital experience helped make visible the care that already existed in her kitchen: daily meals, celebrations, catering and encounters.
Every year we seek a case like this—not as a sentimental exception, but as a concrete way to return part of what our practice has received.
05 / THE PRACTICE BEHIND THE RESULT
AMG connects what is currently separated, distinguishes what deserves to be transformed and gives it a form capable of guiding behavior. We call this practice ARCA.
The map provides direction. Reality responds.
